According to the results of the seventh census,China’s elderly population is huge and the aging process has accelerated significantly.The traditional elderly meal service model has failed to meet the growing demand for high-quality and diversified meal services from the "silver-age group".Along with the aging of the elderly,the problem of frailty,chronic diseases and reduced ability to take care of themselves has led to difficulties in dining and unreasonable eating patterns and habits,and the problem of dining for the elderly has become urgent.As a public basic service project of embedded elderly service system,meal service is a basic guarantee to maintain life and survival,which is more mature and welcomed by the elderly groups,but there are still contradictions between the main supply and demand objects,imperfect meal support facilities,lack of systematic meal service mode,and insufficient service content subdivision and lagging service quality,etc.The meal service is The accessibility of meal service is not ideal,so the overall level of meal service for the elderly needs to be improved.The embedded senior care model is a senior care model that integrates the advantages of home,community and institution,which can help solve the dilemma of senior care meal service in China,and this model is in line with the will of senior care and has a wide application prospect.This paper is based on the embedded senior care service model,and the purpose of this research is to explore new senior care meal service methods to meet the needs of the elderly.The research method is based on accessibility theory,using service design research methods and tools,combined with comprehensive empowerment and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and methods,and proposes a design idea to optimize the current embedded senior care meal service system.Firstly,based on the theory of accessibility,this paper makes a survey outline,and uses semi-structured interview method to obtain field survey data,and constructs an embedded evaluation index system of pension catering service;secondly,the network analytic hierarchy process of subjective weighting and entropy weight method of objective weighting are used to obtain the comprehensive weighting,and then the quantitative evaluation results of catering service accessibility satisfaction are obtained by combining with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which is used as the theoretical research basis for the design practice of catering service for the elderly;finally,in the design practice level,it puts forward a set of design scheme of meal aid service for the elderly,and designs diversified,multi-level,high-quality meal aid software and easy-to-use products to help complete meal aid service for elderly users according to product ergonomics and elderly application software design specifications.The innovation of this paper is that a comprehensive evaluation system of meal service under the embedded elderly care model is established through the accessibility analysis framework,which helps to understand the needs and pain points of the elderly for meal service in a multi-dimensional way.The use of service design methods and tools and the integrated use of qualitative and quantitative research methods increase the scientific and accurate design decisions,and is an exploration of applying multiple disciplinary research methods to product and service design.The embedded elderly meal service design process based on the service design approach provides new ideas for meal service and elderly-related design theories,and provides a comprehensive,service-design-focused solution for improving the well-being of elderly people’s meals. |
