The Study Of The Post-use Evaluation Of The Modern Industrial Remains In Harbin

The construction of the Middle East Railway and its southern branch road opened the curtain of the modern industrial development in Northeast China.As the transportation hub of the Middle East Railway,Harbin gradually developed into a modern city with great characteristics under the function of many driving factors.Harbin’s industrial development dated back to the construction of the Middle East Railway,and it has been springing up with the growing population and the integration of diverse cultures of the city.After the founding of China,especially the period of the first 5 years plan,the industrial development of Harbin drove to the fast track,the Soviet union provided and supported to build 10 of 156 projects in Harbin,which made it become the important industrial base of new China.With the industrial transformation and the accelerating process of urban renewal,a large number of modern industrial heritages have to face the problems of transformation and reuse.In this theis,the method of post-use evaluation is used to analyze and study the reconstruction and utilization of modern industrial relics in Harbin,trying to find more effective methods and strategies.The first part,the thesis mainly describes the research background and the source of this study,and defines the research object,research content and research scope.It gives the current research condition home and abroad,summarizes and induces,and finally explicates the purpose and meaning of the research.The second part,the thesis makes a brief explanation for the formation and development of Harbin,generally introduces the situation of the industrial development in Harbin contemporary.The third part,the thesis concludes the modification of industrial heritage home and abroad and the related theory after using evaluation.Drawing on the experience of building of industrial heritage and reusing evaluation factors from the related scholars,combined with the characteristics of Harbin industrial heritage,it establishes the operating methods and steps of the evaluation system and concrete evaluation from the Harbin modem industrial heritages after reconstruction using.The fourth part,the thesis summarizes the development situation of Harbin’s modern industrial heritage according to the preliminary investigation,collects the information and data related to the local industrial heritage,selects the typical cases,and then selects the place culture,supporting facilities,road traffic and public and architectural space,based on five dimensions target using the AHP method.The index system of post-use evaluation is constructed,and the deficiencies of the existing renovation projects are summarizedThe fifth part,at the macro level,proposes optimization principles and goals based on the evaluation results above;at the micro level,referring to the outstanding case results of industrial relics transformation,specific optimization strategies are given from the following aspects: road traffic,public space,In terms of supporting facilities and place culture.
