Post Occupancy Evaluation Of Built Environment Of Industrial Heritage Transformation Creative Industrial Park

Under the background of urban renewal and industrial structure adjustment,industrial heritage has attracted the attention of all walks of life because of its geographical advantages,historical,social,artistic and technological values.The emerging of creative industries is in line with the current trend of industrial structure upgrading.The characteristics of industrial heritage such as low rent and open space fit with the development needs of cultural and creative industries.Creative industrial park has become one of the main modes of industrial heritage transformation.The combination of the two not only creates huge economic benefits and social value,but also brings some economic,social and environmental problems,so that the use effect of the transformed creative industrial park is not satisfactory.Therefore,this paper uses the Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE)system to evaluate the built environment of the industrial heritage transformation Creative Industrial Park,and makes clear the problems and shortcomings of the current industrial heritage transformation Creative Industrial Park,so as to provide some reference for the future similar research and actual construction.Based on the relevant theories of industrial heritage transformation Creative Industrial Park and post use evaluation,combined with the current standards and specifications,research results and case studies,the post use evaluation index system is preliminarily formulated.After the selection and optimization of expert survey method,five criteria are determined,including external space,use function,indoor space,cultural and creative atmosphere,and industrial historical atmosphere Evaluation system of layer index.Through the expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process,the weight judgment matrix is constructed to determine the weight of each index in the evaluation system.Combined with the research and design of the collection and processing methods of questionnaire data and network evaluation data,a complete evaluation model is formed.On this basis,Qingdao Textile Valley creative industrial park is selected for empirical research.Combined with questionnaire and network evaluation data,this paper conducts post use evaluation survey on the built environment of the textile Valley creative industrial park.According to the evaluation results,the success of textile valley lies in: strong atmosphere of industrial heritage,proper treatment of building facade,prominent characteristics and regional characteristics of indoor corridor space;the main problems lie in: low utilization rate of square space,less green area,uneven distribution of landscape space,chaotic road traffic in the Park,poor business planning,insufficient cultural and creative atmosphere and social problems The attribute is not perfect.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward the optimization strategies for the existing problems of Qingdao Textile Valley,mainly from six aspects:the slow traffic system connecting the theme public space,the air corridor enriching the space level,the creative organization of indoor space,the construction of cultural and creative life scenes,the gradual layout planning of business types and the improvement of the relevance with the city.Taking textile Valley as an example,this paper introduces the industrial heritage transformation Creative Industrial Park,and summarizes the design points of the built environment of the industrial heritage transformation Creative Industrial Park from five aspects of external space,use function,indoor space,cultural and creative atmosphere,and industrial historical atmosphere,so as to provide reference for the future planning and architectural design of the same type.
