Research On Post Evaluation And Optimization Strategy Of Industrial Heritage Recycling

The industrial development of Xi ’an has witnessed the development and change of Xi’an city.Compared with other historical and cultural heritages,the industrial heritages can more directly show the influence of social and economic development on the whole society,and also reflect the development characteristics of the whole society.In recent years,under the background of government asked the stock update,recycling of industrial heritage is becoming a hot spot of social attention,this kind of project has the lineage of industrial culture,reshaping the important role of era spirit,especially for industrial park of creative culture remains recycling project,to inject vigor elements of industrial heritage at the same time,promote the sustainable and healthy development.Therefore,from the perspective of post-evaluation,these industrial relics that have been recycled are evaluated and a positive feedback mechanism for the planning scheme is realized.At the same time,it provides a certain path reference for the future design strategy of industrial heritage recycling,which is conducive to the protection and utilization of industrial heritage quality improvement.In this paper,a typical case of the recycling of industrial relics in Xi ’an--the design and creative industry park of the old steel mill as the research object,the protection of industrial relics in Shaanxi steel mill and its recycling process in recent years are sorted out.And select the old steel plant design creative industrial park in the process of recycling,on the basis of full investigation and data research,through field investigation,induction,benchmarking,from the functional form of business,economic benefits,social benefits,spatial quality of four aspects to establish evaluation factors,to evaluate the old steel plant design creative industrial park.Based on the attribution analysis of the evaluation results,the optimization strategy for the recycling and sustainable development of the old steel mill design creative industrial park is proposed,which provides an effective feedback mechanism and a decision-making basis for sustainable development for the recycling of urban industrial relics.This study includes the following four aspects:(1)Analyze and summarize the relevant theoretical content,sort out the historical development of Shaanxi steel mill,and have a deep understanding of the research object.Combined with the main factors and influences of the recycling and sustainable development of the design and creative industrial park of old steel mills,the content framework of the multi-objective post-evaluation based on the inheritance of industrial culture is proposed,including the functional business form,economic benefits,social benefits,spatial quality and other aspects after recycling.(2)Evaluate the old steel plant design and creative industrial park after recycling from four aspects: functional format,economic benefit,social benefit and spatial quality.Among them,the evaluation of functional business forms includes: operation mode,business form composition and settled enterprises of the park after recycling;The economic benefit evaluation includes: the benefit of stakeholders after recycling,the construction investment of the park,the operating income,etc.;The social benefit evaluation includes: the impact of the recycling project on the cultural and creative industry,the impact of the project on the surrounding areas,the impact of the project on regional employment,the impact of the project on the population,etc.The evaluation of space quality mainly includes the evaluation of the texture,scale and material of the recycled buildings,and the evaluation of landscape environment and public service facilities.(3)According to the content framework of the post-evaluation and the main factors of the sustainable development of the old steel mill design creative industrial park,the evaluation model is established from the perspective of users,and the post-use satisfaction of the park is evaluated through the form of questionnaire scoring.In this way,a complete post-recycling evaluation system and feedback mechanism for sustainable development of the old steel mill design and creative industrial park are formed.(4)Based on the multi-dimensional post-evaluation results,optimization strategies are put forward for the recycling and sustainable development of the design and creative industrial park of the old steel mill.It mainly includes: Analyze the evaluation results,analyze the key points of the recycling of the park,its advantages and disadvantages,and put forward the optimization strategy for the future sustainable development of the design and creative industrial park of the old steel mill.
