The automobile industry has developed rapidly and competition has intensified.Enterprises need to trial-produce new products efficiently,quickly,and at low cost to meet the personalized and diversified needs of customers,so as to occupy the market opportunities.As the key link in the process of new product development,the production process of prototype car is complex,changeable,difficult,highly customized,low in automation,and highly dependent on employees’ ability to operate,which puts forward higher requirements for the managers and operators in the prototype workshop.However,the existing production scheduling method of H automobile prototype workshop has problems such as long production cycles,unbalance of busy employees,frequent delays in production plans,and high trial production costs,which cannot meet the company’s development requirements.Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the management mode of workshop employees and establish an efficient and balanced allocation method of personnel-tasks to improve the production status of the automobile prototype workshop.This paper takes H automobile prototype workshop as the research object,aiming at the problems existing in the production of H automobile prototype workshop,in order to achieve the efficient and balanced allocation of personnel and tasks.The research is carried out from the two aspects of personnel management and production scheduling.The research contents are as follows:The production status of H automobile prototype workshop is analyzed,and the problems existing in the prototype workshop are summarized.Then,the demands of production scheduling method of H automobile prototype workshop are proposed.In terms of optimizing personnel management,combining with the production actuality of the prototype workshop,an evaluation index system for the work ability of employees in the prototype workshop is designed,and the work process data of the employees are collected to complete the measurement of the evaluation index.Based on DEMATEL-ANP method,the evaluation model of employees’ work ability is proposed to obtain the mixed weight of each evaluation index,so as to quantify the employees’ work ability level and identify the important factors and key factors affecting employees’ work ability,and then provide managers with a decision basis.In terms of improving production scheduling,the concepts and issues related to production scheduling in the prototype workshop is elaborated.Next,with makespan,employee skill utilization balance,and labor costs as the optimization objectives,the impact of team collaboration of the personnel,skill-level differences of the personnel,and process constraints of the tasks on the optimization target is comprehensively considered.Then,a prototype workshop production optimization scheduling model that considers the work ability of employees is established,and a multi-objective genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method is used to select the optimal solution.Finally,the established model and evaluation system are applied to production of the H automobile prototype workshop.The model is solved to obtain the optimal scheduling scheme under the combination of multiple objectives.Compared with the empirical scheduling scheme,it can significantly reduce the makespan,improve staff work efficiency and reduce labor costs show that the model has a good practical effect.
