Research On The Whole Process Cost Management Of Real Estate Project Of XH Company

At present,China’s urbanization process is accelerating,a batch of land,its land nature changed into residential land,farmers also gradually a large range of identity transformation-quasi citizens.At the same time,it also promoted people’s demand for improvement of living conditions,and with this process,residential buildings began to rise in the city.However,it is worth noting that the construction industry is now facing unprecedented new challenges due to the continuous improvement or adjustment of the country’s macro policies,and the market risks are also intensified,and the competition among real estate enterprises is increasingly fierce.How to better apply whole-process cost management in real estate projects will become the future real estate companies need to solve or improve the work.Based on the engineering cost of relevant theories and methods as the breakthrough point,this paper expounds the whole life cycle cost theory,process theory,engineering cost valuation method,and then introduces the basic situation of XH company,analysis on the problems existing in the cost management of the company and its reasons,and improved method is discussed in this paper,finally,the XW project how to applied in each stage of whole process cost management research,and summarized.
