As a major automobile manufacturing country in my country,in the process of manufacturing millions of vehicles each year,the efficiency of the dispatching and distribution system between the assembly line and the parts storage warehouse has become a major bottleneck restricting the efficiency of automobile production.The timely information matching technology based on the Internet of Things technology provides technical possibilities for solving this bottleneck.Based on the user-centered and demand-oriented service system theory and method,this paper combines the space of the automobile assembly line and the parts transportation process,and systematically studies the design of the unmanned delivery vehicle for smart automobile parts under the Internet of Things technology.This article first analyzes the feasibility of unmanned vehicle distribution systems and Internet of Things technology in the automotive chassis assembly line from the national policy,smart factories,Internet of Things technology and the development status of unmanned vehicles.Through the analysis of the working status of the assembly line,it is found that the modern factory as a whole is showing a trend of upgrading to intelligence;at the same time,the storage and supply system of the existing assembly line is studied,and the distribution methods of the assembly line have fixed distribution schedules,rigid vehicle calls,and The production information is not updated in time and other deficiencies,combined with user needs obtained from the KANO model,and based on this,proposes an Io T unmanned vehicle distribution system service model that meets the needs of smart factories in the future,from product design and factory development trends The above analyzes the development trend of product intelligence and informatization,taking the parts distribution vehicle as an example under the current background.And based on the physical contacts,media contacts,and human contacts in the service design,a "user"-centric interaction model was proposed,and a smart factory distribution system interface suitable for the Internet of Things environment was designed,and users were selected in a small range.A feasibility analysis was carried out and it was determined that the interaction model meets the needs of users.Based on the above process,this paper designs an unmanned distribution vehicle scheme for automotive chassis parts in a factory environment based on the current technical level,modeling style,and intelligent and informatization trends of the assembly line,and designs automotive chassis parts The shape and function of the unmanned delivery vehicle.Use computer-aided design methods to design Io T parts distribution vehicles that meet user needs and future trends.Auto parts unmanned delivery vehicles under the Internet of Things technology can identify the type of workpieces carried by radio frequency identification technology(RFID technology),and exchange data with the control center in real time,thereby organically combining production information,warehousing information,and distribution information.,Improve the level of factory informatization and intelligence.At the same time,intelligent information display and interaction methods are used to help employees interact with delivery vehicles more conveniently and quickly,and to a certain extent improve the informatization and intelligence level of the factory to ensure production.
