With the rapid development of the Internet of things and the intelligent transportation system, the precise positioning of freedom vehicle has become a hot topic in the research field of Intelligent Transportation.So far,the precise positioning technology of vehicle show a more significant effect of the application in many fields,such as:toll collection system, smart parking systems, access control systems, intelligent community. With the rapid development of intelligent transport systems,radio a single pattern recognition technology including radio frequency identification and video recognition has been unable to meet the complex road conditions on vehicle identification system accuracy and robustness requirements.To this end,this review launched an in-depth study and discussion in tag anti-collision problem and license plate positioning. The main work is as follows:1. To solve the traditional binary search anti-collision algorithm for the problem of low throughput, an improved anti-collision algorithm based on dynamic binary search is proposed in the paper. Using label the uniqueness of EPC and Manchester coding can be accurate identification tag collision position features, optimize binary code sending from reader, avoid sending a large number of idle characters, and shorten the single length of characters sent. And the throughput is improved higher.2. Because the different illumination angles、distances and the rate of movement of vehicles cause interference in Image contrast. In this paper, the existing wavelet transform algorithm has been improved,and proposed an improved wavelet-based license plate location algorithm. The positioning algorithm is better in angle and light changes, especially suitable for natural scene recognition.Theoretical analysis and simulation show that the structure:the proposed algorithm is feasible. Binary search optimization coding algorithm is better than traditional binary algorithm in the system throughput, the transmission data length and searches. License plate location algorithm based on wavelet transform have achieved good results in the case of image capture angle greater than30degrees, the shooting distance is greater than3m.
