Research On Quality Control Factors And Countermeasures Of Eden Garden Project

The construction quality of construction projects not only has a direct impact on the development level of China’s engineering construction industry,but also is closely related to the life of house buyers.However,at present,the quality problems of construction projects all over China still occur from time to time.The quality and safety of construction projects has become a hot issue that people pay attention to and discuss.At the same time,it also makes the credibility of the government and relevant regulatory departments worse than before,and the people’s trust in the government and relevant departments also gradually shows a downward trend.Therefore,it is urgent for China’s construction enterprises to explore how to improve the project quality management and control level of construction enterprises,enhance the entity competitiveness of construction projects,so as to improve the corporate image of construction units and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.This paper mainly takes Eden Garden project as an example,using literature analysis method,field investigation method,chromatography analysis method,Delphi method and other research methods to analyze and study the quality control factors and countermeasures of Eden Garden project.Firstly,this paper introduces the purpose and significance of this research,analyzes the research status at home and abroad,and summarizes the research of domestic and foreign scholars;Secondly,combined with the actual situation of Eden Garden project,put forward the status quo of project quality control and the existing problems in quality control of the project;Then around the "man-machine material method ring" and other aspects,through the construction of quality control evaluation index system,Eden Garden project quality control evaluation,and quality control optimization,the construction of Eden Garden project quality control system based on PDCA cycle;Finally,a series of measures are put forward to ensure the implementation of the optimization scheme,and the conclusion is drawn that the implementation of the optimization scheme has significantly improved the quality of Eden Garden project.Through the analysis and argumentation,this article demonstrates that the proposed the quality control of optimization scheme,can effectively improve the quality of the Eden garden project level,to ensure that project smoothly,ensure good quality and timely completion of the project has played a positive role,as well as to improve the corporate image,improve the comprehensive strength of enterprises and market competitiveness,It has important reference value and promoting function for enterprises to continuously improve the quality of construction projects.
