| With the development of science and technology,the development and utilization of urban underground space has become more extensive.Underground tunnels,underground parking plants,subways,and urban underground comprehensive pipe corridors have flourished.A consensus has been formed on the comprehensive and integrated protection concept.On the basis of in-depth research on the damage and destruction mechanism of weapons,it is particularly important to develop serialized,modularized and standardized mobile deployments.In addition to factors such as construction conditions,wartime maintenance needs to be further considered when researching and designing protective engineering.and fixes to improve the battlefield survivability of protective engineering.At present,the main material of the protection project is concrete.The on-site construction mechanization is low and the construction period is long.Because the concrete protection material itself is brittle and easy to crack,it shows local damage under the impact load,which seriously weakens the wartime survivability of the protection project.In order to prevent the underground comprehensive pipe gallery from being attacked and threatened,this paper integrates the prefabricated technology and modular design ideas according to the protection and safety requirements of the urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery,repair and other aspects of work efficiency.Among them,the prefabricated technology ensures the reliability of the connection between the high-strength modules,and the modular design can meet the flexibility and rationality of the layout of the high-strength modules.Combined with the protection requirements of the underground comprehensive pipe gallery,this paper starts from the safety performance of the protective structure,and based on the current domestic and foreign research on the anti-penetration performance of ordinary concrete,ordinary block concrete,high-strength concrete and silicon carbide,etc.Three kinds of prefabricated high-strength modules of steel fiber reinforced concrete,granite blocks,and silicon carbide bricks are available.According to the AHP-TOPSIS optimization decision-making model,three design schemes of the prefabricated high-strength module were optimized,and the prefabricated granite block module was determined as the preferred plan.The prefabricated granite block module is processed and manufactured by the factory flow method.Based on the whole process quality control principle of the prefabricated structure,the quality control and optimization of the granite block module processing,hoisting,transportation,storage,installation and connection are carried out.Relevant process flow,quality control measures are proposed,and the feasibility of fabrication of fabricated granite block modules is verified.Through the quality inspection method of anti-penetration performance test,the protective performance of the fabricated granite block module was tested,and the influence of the anchoring force around the module,the size of the granite block,the penetration angle and other factors on the protective performance of the module was further verified.Effectiveness of fabricated granite block protection.Through the design and quality control of the fabricated high-strength module,the main position of the granite block in the fabricated granite block module is determined,to improve the integrity of the module;the two discontinuous and heterogeneous filling materials,steel fiber reinforced concrete and block stone,have wave impedance differences between them.The bonding effect of concrete can increase the confining pressure around the granite block and further improve the anti-penetration performance of the granite block module;The depth decreases accordingly.The granite block is rich in resources and has a wide distribution range,which is of great significance for the production and promotion of the prefabricated granite block module. |
