Water conservancy project is the key task of "The Twelfth Five-Year Plan" and "The Thirteenth Five-Year Plan".Because the roller compacted rockfill dam reclamation construction has affected by the environment is small,high degree of mechanization construction,conveniently,relative low cost advantages,therefore,according to China’s national conditions,the rockfill dam is one of the water conservancy hub project dam type first choice.Rockfill dam dam embankment of quality of filling control is the key to quality control,how to scientific and reasonable evaluation scheme of filling compaction choice,as well as how to carry out filling quality control becomes the key issue in the construction project managers face.Based on the quality requirements of the main rockfill site,this paper studies the quality control method,quality control index system and the construction of the rolling scheme evaluation model for the small and medium-sized reservoirs,specific for the following aspects:First,establish a rockfill dam the main pile stone area filling quality control method.Through analyzing the characteristics of the rockfill dam the main pile stone area filling construction and quality control mechanism,main pile stone found rockfill dam area filling construction process quality control belong to small batch production mode,based on this,advances the EWMA control chart as the main pile stone area of the base construction quality control method of filling,due to main pile stone area filling quality test data less(a small number of samples),to calculate the control limits of control chart is not reasonable accurate,so this article introduces the Bootstrap method to improve the control chart,establish the Bootstrap WV-construction of the EWMA control chart,and combining with the concrete face rockfill dam construction for construction of the main pile stone area in the quality requirement,form a dual control limit "small batch construction control chart.Second,the construction of rockfill dam the main pile stone area filling quality control index system.Main pile stone area according to rockfill dam filling construction characteristics and quality requirements,and related literature review and expert consultation formed a preliminary index system,using correlation analysis and variance coefficient analysis index selection,establishes an index system of comprehensive filling quality control,and quality control index system as the main pile stone area filling rolling plan evaluation indexes.Again,according to the embankment compaction quality requirement and rules of the mechanical construction system,formulate rolling parameters,thus forming a rockfill dam the main pile stone area filling rolling scheme,and establish the combination empowerment and TOPSIS method for evaluation model to evaluate it.Using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method scheme evaluation index are calculated separately,and the subjective and objective weights,and then use based on though laser condition extremum principle "additive" integration means combination for each indicator to empowerment;With TOPSIS method for construction of the rockfill dam the main pile stone area RCC scheme evaluation.Using MATLAB simulation in this paper,build the evaluation model,formed a complete evaluation system,simplify the decision making process,provide decision-making basis for construction project managers.Finaly,based on the proposed method is validated through engineering examples,the evaluation model and the Bootstrap WV-construction of the EWMA control chart respectively in the main pile stone area filling the evaluation of RCC scheme selection and construction process of quality control in the applicability and feasibility.In this paper can be this evaluation model and quality control method is applied to dam body other partitions.
