Smart transmission network is an important foundation for modern urban construction and economic development,and with the improvement of power quality and service demand,the investment in power grid is also increasing.The capital investment has the characteristics of relatively large scale and wide coverage,so the reasonable planning of power grid construction and project management are particularly important,which plays an important role in the development of economic construction.The planning and development of power grid must adapt to the economic development and keep up with the pace of local government’s economic development.Unreasonable power grid planning and inadequate project management will cause losses to the national economy.Schedule management can promote the improvement of project quality.The more scientific the schedule management is,the more strict the control is,the managers and construction personnel will treat the project with a more positive attitude,so the quality will also be improved.At the same time,the early commissioning of the project will also produce the corresponding project economic benefits and promote the local economic development.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the project schedule management.This paper studies the theory of project management at home and abroad,and takes the traditional project schedule management theory as the theoretical basis of the study.It analyzes the deficiencies of current power companies in the progress management of overhead transmission lines,and draws lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad,combining with the actual project practice demonstration,and concludes that the key chain project management is advanced and practical.This paper analyzes that in the construction process of overhead transmission line project,there are many phenomena,such as backward project management thinking,low level of personnel,delayed information acquisition,inaccurate and so on.In order to meet the requirements of power companies for shortening the construction period of overhead transmission lines and improve the construction efficiency of power facilities.Starting from the existing problems of project management,this paper constructs the overhead transmission line schedule management system based on the Internet of things technology and key chain to improve the project schedule management level.This paper takes the "shipping 110kV overhead transmission line project" as an example,uses the critical chain project management theory and the Internet of things technology,carries on the related analysis for the project,puts forward the assumed path of the line according to the actual situation of the project,and designs the corresponding construction scheme.This paper mainly uses the critical chain project management theory to analyze the constraints between the various processes,and also analyzes the resource constraints between the various factors,so as to get close to the actual construction situation of the project and determine the key path of the project schedule.Secondly,the Internet of things technology is applied in the project schedule management.In the whole power project construction,the information flow,logistics and capital flow run through all links of the whole project.The physical "Id" is used to establish the relationship among the on-site business,operators,equipment and equipment,as well as the material,equipment acceptance list,equipment and asset card,and carry out the installation and commissioning,completion acceptance and commissioning On site business applications,such as spot check,account creation and capital transfer,record business process,quality,progress and other related information in real time.Through the physical "Id" to obtain the project handover,acceptance,quality,equipment installation and commissioning,completion acceptance and other on-site business work standards and historical quality information,to provide reference for the application of on-site personnel and realize real-time progress control.The whole project schedule management adopts the critical chain theory and Internet of things technology to plan and control the project schedule,ensure the schedule management is consistent with the actual construction of the project,and build a dynamic and practical project schedule management system.Through the verification of 110 kV shipping overhead transmission line project schedule management case,it is proved that the key chain project management based on Internet of things technology is feasible and can be popularized.
