| In the era of "Internet plus",the Internet of things industry has been showing explosive growth and has been gradually applied to many industries,including industries,transportation,intelligent door locks,gas meter reading,video surveillance and other fields.The market demand for IOT terminals is also increasing.However,with the rapid development of the Internet of things,the security of the Internet of things has become an industry pain point.The frequent security incidents of the Internet of things not only challenge but also contain huge business opportunities,attracting a large number of market players in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain.One is that the upstream and downstream manufacturers of the industrial chain provide value-added services for security protection based on the original product services,such as adding advanced security design to the chip.In order to seize the opportunity of Internet of things in this era,and in response to a series of network security policies and regulations issued by the state in recent years,and in combination with the development plan and business direction of the enterprise itself,various manufacturers have implemented Internet of things security research and development projects.Due to the urgent demand and short construction period,the project schedule management is required to have higher certainty,feasibility and stability.Based on the summary of the existing research results of project schedule management,aiming at the problems encountered by Y company in the implementation process of the self-developed Internet of things security chip SE-SIM R&D project,such as schedule lag,unclear responsibilities of project personnel,psychological inertia of project personnel,activity resource conflict,unreasonable schedule,etc.,this paper decomposes the work activities based on the existing WBS method The project schedule management is a research topic,which considers the logicality between activities and the constraint of available resources.Combined with the organizational structure and project management status of Y company,the theory and method of schedule management based on key chain are introduced to optimize the project schedule.Based on the research results of predecessors on the introduction and application of key chain,combined with the author’s thinking on the factors affecting the key chain buffer,specific parameters are introduced to set the key chain buffer,and the project progress is controlled by monitoring the progress of the project and the consumption of the buffer.It is expected that the project schedule management scheme proposed in this paper can effectively improve the schedule management level of the Internet of things security chip SE-SIM R&D project of Y company,and also provide reference value for other chip manufacturers. |
