| The development of nuclear power in China has great prospects,but also faces the challenge of highly technical and high operating cost.Spare parts inventory is an important component of nuclear power plant operating cost,while ensuring the safe and stable operation of the unit,it also brings a great burden to the power plant.Therefore,it is important to carry out the optimization of nuclear power plant inventory.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the spare parts inventory management of S nuclear power plan,and the inventory control model based on component life function,joint reserve based on supply chain inventory management method and long-term inventory optimization management based on PDCA cycle are studied and discussed.The first chapter introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,combs the current research situation at home and abroad,and summarizes the research contents and the structure of the thesis.The second chapter introduces the management of spare parts in S nuclear power plant,makes a statistical analysis of the inventory situation of spare parts in S nuclear power plant and the information related to the purchase and supply of spare parts,clarifies its inventory structure,points out the problems of excessive inventory,large amount of redundant inventory and long storage time of some spare parts in nuclear power plant,and further analyzes the root causes of the inventory problem.The general idea of inventory control is put forward.The third chapter,based on the assumption that the service life distribution of parts follows the exponential distribution,uses(R,Q)inventory control strategy,takes the minimum total cost as the goal and the spare parts guarantee rate as the constraint,establishes the quantitative model,calculates the best order time/best order point R and the optimal order quantity Q,demonstrates the scientific rationality,relative accuracy and simplicity of the model.Chapter 4,based on the supply chain inventory management method,combined with the actual situation of S nuclear power plant and the overall situation of the nuclear power industry at present,and the characteristics of different types of spare parts,the paper puts forward the model of joint reserve of spare parts between nuclear power plants,and identi the key work to implementing joint reserves.The traditional and joint reserve inventory levels are compared by establishing a mathematical model analysis.Through the simulation calculation and the actual case data,it is proved that the joint reserve of spare parts between nuclear power plants can bring great economic benefits.Chapter 5,constructs the PDCA model of S Nuclear Power Plant to carry out inventory optimization.And a complete application instance is provided——Inventory optimization activities conducted by the S Nuclear Power Plant in 2020.The last chapter summarizes the full text and points out the shortcomings of this study and the future research direction. |
