Based On Supply Chain Management,Research On The Construction Of Spare Parts Federal Reserve Platform For Nuclear Power Enterprises

Electric power industry is the pillar of national economy,With the deepening of supply-side structural reform,China has put forward the goal of building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient modern energy system.As a representative of low carbon clean energy,nuclear power generation will play an increasingly important role in China's energy structure.As a technology-intensive and capital-intensive large-scale integrated power project,nuclear power project has high requirements for operational efficiency in addition to high standards and requirements in the construction period.In order to improve the efficiency of planned maintenance and accidental maintenance during project operation period and shorten the shutdown time,spare parts supply has become more and more important.How to build an efficient and reasonable spare parts supply system has becoome an important research topic for nuclear power enterprises.Based on the important theories of supply chain management in supply chain integration,supplier management and inventory management,this paper summarizes the experience and problems in spare parts management of G Group and other similar nuclear power projects,This paper discusses how to build a group-level fedreserve platform of spare parts',that can not onlyachieve the goal of timely and accurate supply,but also reduce the cost and increace the efficiency increaseproductiveness.Aiming at the complex structure and overstocked inventory of spare parts supply chain for nuclear power,the performance of the whole supply chain is improved through supply-side integration and optimization and demand-side federal reserve.This paper expounds the idea of platform construction from four aspects of spare parts procurement management,inventory management,logistics management and elimination management of nuclear power plant.Combining with supply chain management theory,this paper puts forward some main management thoughts such as rationality analysis of spare parts procurement,integration of spare parts procurement,formulation of spare parts procurement and inventory strategy and disposal of spare parts elimination.Through the construction of the Federal Reserve Platform,G Group realized the effective integration of spare parts supply chain and reduced the capital and inventory pressure of spare parts reserve in power plants.At the same time,through the spare parts sharing mechanism,the spare parts inventory level of each power plant is improved at the supply chain level,ensuring the timely supply of all kinds of spare parts,achieving the overall improvement of supply chain performance,and achieving the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency during the operation period of nuclear power projects.
