The prefabricated building conforms to the inevitable trend of the development of building industrialization.The pre-determination of the type of assembly and the selection of the type of prefabricated components will play a decisive role in the later design,production and construction of the installation process.Therefore,how to choose the combination scheme of prefabricated components objectively,scientifically and reasonably becomes an urgent problem.From the multi-objective point of view,this study evaluated the combination of different prefabricated components to find the optimal scheme under comprehensive consideration.And this study analyzed and summarized the advantages of prefabricated concrete buildings,and put forward the calculation model of ecological footprint in the construction stage of prefabricated concrete buildings.According to the principle of index selection,the evaluation index system of prefabricated component combination scheme was established.And the actual project case combination schemes were evaluated and studied through the establishment of projection pursuit dynamic clustering model and the application of real code-based genetic algorithm for optimization.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The evaluation index system of prefabricated component combination scheme,which was composed of assembly rate index,scheme rationality index,cost index,quality optimization contribution index and carbon footprint index,had strong universality.(2)The projection characteristic value of the combination scheme of prefabricated stairs,prefabricated air-conditioning panels,outer shear walls,inner shear walls,laminated floors and beams was up to 1.6203,which conformed to the national policy of vigorously promoting the assembly building with high assembly rate and provides theoretical support and decision-making basis for scientifically and reasonably selecting the combination scheme of prefabricated components.The classification of prefabricated component combination schemes also conformed to the classification of evaluation grade of assembled building,and reasonable suggestions were put forward for the selection and combination of prefabricated components of assembled building.(3)The projection pursuit dynamic clustering model was used to evaluate and optimize the prefabricated component combination scheme of assembled concrete buildings,which provided a new method for the evaluation research of prefabricated component combination scheme.This model is directly driven by sample data,and does not need to be given parameters and to determine the weight of evaluation index artificially,avoiding the influence of subjective factors and making the evaluation results more objective. |
