Research On Optimization Of Component Supplier Evaluation System Of SF Automobile Co.,Ltd

With the rapid development of the global automobile industry,the competition among enterprises is evolving into supply chain competition.Therefore,supplier evaluation plays a vital role in supply chain management.High quality and qualified suppliers can not only bring low cost of production and operation for enterprises,but also provide better production solutions for enterprises.The key point for enterprises to reduce purchase costs is supplier management.In other words,supplier management is closely related to the production and operati on of enterprises.Therefore,when looking for cooperative suppliers,enterprises need to scientifically improve their supplier evaluation system and improve the utilization efficiency of enterprise resources in combination with their own actual situation.SF Automobile Co.,Ltd was established in 1968.Its main business is the production of automobile gears and transmissions.When evaluating suppliers,enterprises should not only pursue low prices,but also pay attention to product quality.Based on this,through field investigation and questionnaire survey,this paper combs and summarizes the problems existing in the supplier selection evaluation of SF automobile company,analyzes the reasons,and designs a set of component supplier index evaluation system suitable for each production process of SF automobile company according to the literature.The system includes 5 primary indexes and 20 secondary indexes,The weight value is obtained by AHP analysis method and expert score.Evaluate the three newly shortlisted suppliers of the company and give a reasonable supplier selection scheme.This paper can not only provide reference suggestions for the decision-makers and managers of SF Automobile Co.,Ltd but also make suggestions for the industrial upgrading and development of th e whole auto parts manufacturing industry in China.
