Study On The Aging Of Living Environment Under The Background Of The Transformation Of Old Residential Quarters

The outdoor activity space of the old community is the main outdoor activity place for the elderly,which plays an important role in regulating the physical and mental health of the elderly.Due to its low construction standard,incomplete use function,incomplete supporting alms,disrepair and potential residential safety problems,it brings a lot of inconvenience to the use of the elderly and needs scientific transformation.First of all,using the method of field research and questionnaire survey,this paper collected data on the current situation of the construction of old community of unit housing and commercial housing in Wuhan and the use law of the elderly.Among them,the contradiction of public space is mainly manifested in two categories,namely,the problem of being suitable for the aged and the problem of not only being old.The problem of being suitable for the aged has three aspects: insufficient security,single activity type and insufficient service capacity of facilities.The common problems are mainly manifested in three aspects: prominent parking contradiction,low space division and use comfort,and improper plant maintenance.According to the results of the field investigation,the idea of green space system suitable for aging is determined as follows:safety and comfort,rich functions and perfect facilities.Secondly,to promote the neighborhood relationship of the old people and construct the predestined society,based on the statistics,Chi-square test and generalized linear regression model,comparative analysis has been conducted for the neighborhood relationship of the old people of three typical old communities.The relationship between the neighborhood communication and residential environment has been discussed.The results indicate: the neighborhood relationship of the old people lived in the old community of company housing type comes from the work relationship when they were young.The communication of the old people lived in the old community of commercial housing type rely on the out door activity space.The positive correlation between the inhabit time,neighborhood communication,activity space,etc.and satisfaction of neighborhood relationship has been confirmed.The influence of the factors for the neighborhood relationship is as follows: neighborhood communication>outdoor environment>personal information>living environment.More communication will strengthen neighborhood relationship.For the aged-oriented transformation,classifying the activity space rationally,strengthen the fitness facilities and grasp the relax space are very important.Finally,according to the results of the field research,the psychological characteristics of the elderly are used to explain the behavior characteristics,and the standard system of the old community suitable for aging is established.Further combining with the actual situation of the old community in Wuhan,two principles should be followed in the transformation: first,the principle of suitable for the elderly;second,the principle of not only the elderly.According to the principle of suitable for the aged,this paper puts forward the strategies of suitable for the aged transformation of public space from four aspects: the safety of travel for the elderly,the diversification of outdoor fitness projects,the diversification of plant configuration,and the reservation of elevator installation,so as to guide the suitable for the aged transformation of factory unit community.From the perspective of all residents,we should comprehensively improve the living environment quality of the old community from three aspects: the transformation of road traffic system,the transformation of ecological construction in the community,and the transformation of community and urban landscape culture.Combined with the use of composite space,the degree of neighborhood communication in the community is deepened.
