Research On Cost Control Of Prefabricated Building Under EPC Mode

Proposed in the "Guiding Opinions on Vigorously Developing Prefabricated Buildings" issued by the Document No.71(2016)of the General Office of the State Council,the use of the EPC model in prefabricated buildings can save costs.Through the research on the cost of prefabricated construction under EPC mode,in order to improve its cost control level.Firstly,by using the literature research method to study the EPC mode and the cost control of prefabricated buildings,analyze the current research status of the cost control of prefabricated buildings under the EPC mode.In the first chapter,the research method and technical route are described,and in the second chapter,the concept of EPC mode and prefabricated building is summarized,and the theory of cost control and prediction is summarized.Secondly,based on the cost generation process of prefabricated buildings under the EPC mode,it is proposed to adopt quota design in the design stage and pay attention to the cost control of key control points.In the procurement and construction stages,considering the principles of dynamics,coordination of cost targets and schedule targets,the secondary earned value method is used to construct a cost control model of prefabricated building.Index calculations are carried out through project WBS decomposition,cost decomposition,and actual collection of cost data.And based on the calculation results,comprehensively evaluate the cost occurrence and progress of the project.Through deviation analysis,corresponding post-event remedial control measures are taken.In addition,a cost prediction model based on the gray Verhulst model was established to predict the next time node of cost control monitoring to achieve prior cost control.Finally,the case analysis verifies the rationality of the cost control method adopted in the prefabricated building engineering,procurement and construction phases.Figure 11;Table 21;Reference 53...
