| As a new construction method,prefabricated building meets the requirements of low-carbon,circular and green development in China,promotes the structural reform of construction industry,and is the core of the development of construction industrialization.In recent years,although China has vigorously promoted the development of prefabricated buildings,China is still in the primary stage of building industrialization.The construction cost of prefabricated buildings is higher than that of traditional cast-insitu construction.The high cost has become the main factor hindering the development of prefabricated buildings.The construction mode and construction process of prefabricated buildings have changed.The traditional construction management mode of "taking charge of everything and cutting in blocks" can not meet the development of prefabricated buildings.The advanced project management mode has become an urgent problem to be solved.EPC general contracting mode is an integrated contracting management mode integrating design,procurement and construction.It can solve the problems of low integration and poor management in each construction stage of assembly type,which is conducive to controlling the construction cost as a whole.It conforms to the current trend of project management in the construction industry and is being gradually promoted and applied.In order to effectively control the cost of prefabricated construction projects under the EPC general contracting management mode,the introduction of BIM Technology of digital information management can speed up the transmission and sharing of construction information,improve the efficiency of information communication,improve the implementation level of project management by EPC general contracting enterprises,and realize the fine management of prefabricated construction costs.Based on the relevant basic theories of prefabricated building,EPC management mode,cost control and BIM Technology,this paper puts forward the influencing factors of each stage of prefabricated building cost through a large number of literature review and book data query,and calculates the index weight of cost factors through questionnaire combined with APH analytic hierarchy process,determines the key cost influencing factors and makes key analysis;Secondly,through the method of comparative analysis,this paper studies the cost increment of assembled buildings under EPC general contracting mode compared with traditional cast-in-situ buildings,and analyzes the incremental benefits of assembled buildings from three aspects of economy,environment and society;Then,it focuses on the cost control application of BIM Technology in the bidding stage,design stage,production stage,transportation stage and assembly construction stage of assembled buildings under the EPC mode,designs the BIM cost control platform architecture based on the BDIP building data integration platform,combines the BIM5 D model of this control platform,and puts forward the improved earned value analysis method,Analyze the application of BIM Technology Combined with improved earned value method in project construction cost control;Finally,taking a prefabricated residential project in a city as an example,starting from all links of prefabricated buildings under the EPC mode,this paper studies the application of BIM Technology in project cost control by EPC general contracting enterprises,analyzes the deviation of project cost through BIM Technology Combined with improved earned value method,and timely formulates corrective measures,which will help to improve the project management and coordination ability of EPC enterprises.Through this research,it verifies the great advantages of BIM Technology in the cost control of assembled construction under the EPC general contracting mode,improves the construction management level of general contracting enterprises,reduces the cost of assembled construction projects,provides reference ideas for EPC general contracting enterprises to use BIM Technology for assembled construction project management,and has practical significance for promoting the further promotion of assembled construction and EPC management mode. |
