The Design Strategy Of Epidemic Prevention In Residential Buildings

The outbreak of the global epidemic New Coronavirus(COVID-19)has caused great losses to the country and the people.In order to fight against the virus,a series of measures have been taken for the country to fight the epidemic.Home epidemic prevention has become the main form of the general public.In the face of the epidemic,buildings play an important role in the protection of the epidemic,and residential buildings should not only play the usual living function,but also provide convenience for the isolated users at home.Housing epidemic prevention should aim at the coordinated development of people,residential buildings and epidemic prevention measures,aiming to meet the needs of residents in daily life,make prevention and control more scientific and convenient,and provide convenience for residents in different periods.Housing epidemic prevention design is based on healthy housing,focusing on improving the ability of housing to deal with infectious diseases.This paper will use evidence-based medicine derived from the architectural design of evidence-based design method,according to its relevant theory and key points,applied to the residential epidemic prevention design.First,to explore the characteristics of infectious diseases,healing architectural design and health housing related research,according to the use of its methods and design points as the research basis.Secondly,according to the transmission characteristics of infectious diseases in medicine and the extraction of key design points related to epidemic prevention in healthy housing in architecture,the relationship between housing design and infectious diseases is analyzed.Third,collect the epidemic information of Wuhan City,including the number of confirmed cases,geographical location,construction time,site area,etc.,analyze the data in detail,and conduct field research on some districts with high number of confirmed cases,and find the differences and common characteristics of the epidemic situation.Fourth,collect the epidemic situation of residents in the form of questionnaire survey,and feed back the epidemic prevention measures during the epidemic period from the perspective of users.Fifthly,according to the scientific opinions and methods of experts and scholars on epidemic prevention,the key points of residential epidemic prevention are extracted,and the weight of each design point is obtained by means of analytic hierarchy process.Sixth,comprehensive information and design points,detailed analysis of each space,explore the design strategy of residential epidemic prevention.In order to comprehensively consider the design of housing epidemic prevention,this paper proposes the exploration of the design strategy of housing epidemic prevention from the perspective of epidemic situation and interdisciplinary,puts forward corresponding opinions on the design of existing housing,and considers the future development of this type of housing,so as to make the new housing design more comprehensive.
