Heating and air conditioning system directly affects the indoor thermal environment of the building through terminal equipment.The existing residential building heating terminal equipments mainly includes radiator,floor radiation,fan coil and other forms.The evaluation and selection of heating terminal equipments are mostly based on the comparison of economic or thermal comfort,and there is little comprehensive analysis from the aspects of economy,thermal comfort,aesthetics and so on.It is difficult to meet the current residential building heating thermal selection requirements.The factors that affect the user's choice of heating terminal equipment was obtained through questionnaire investigation,and they were used as the evaluation index of heating terminal equipment.It mainly includes the following aspects: economy,thermal comfort,aesthetics,reliability,space occupation and indoor sound environment.In this paper,four typical heating terminal equipments,including floor radiation,fan coil unit,all-air air conditioning system and radiator,are taken as the research object.The evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model of residential heating terminal equipment were established based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).The life cycle cost of heating thermal equipment is analyzed from three aspects of initial investment,operating cost and service life,and the calculation method of economic weight of each heating terminal equipment is given.By simulating of the temperature and flow field characteristics of different heating terminal equipment rooms,the room PMV?PPD values of different indoor design temperature conditions are obtained.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The indoor thermal environment of different heating terminal equipments were simulated and analyzed.When the indoor design temperature is below 19?,PPD floor radiation < PPDradiator < PPDfan coil.When the indoor design temperature is above the temperature of 20 degrees,PPDfloor radiation >PPD radiator > PPD fan coil.(2)Floor radiation and all-air air conditioning system have a higher weight in appearance,reliability,space and indoor sound environment;the weight of radiator is lowest in appearance and space;the weight of radiator is lowest in reliability and indoor sound environment.(3)Based on the statistics and analysis of the survey data,the relative weights of six evaluation indexes were obtained under different climatic regions and different social development levels.Residential users are most concerned about the economic indicators,and its weight is about 1/3.Followed by thermal comfort,reliability,aesthetics,their weight is higher than 0.85.(4)Households focus on thermal comfort and reliability in severe cold region,and focus on economical and aesthetic in cold regions.Rural households value economy and reliability,and urban households value thermal comfort and aesthetics.Low income households pay attention to economy and reliability,and middle-income households pay attention to thermal comfort and aesthetics.(5)The comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the rural residential heating system in Xi'an.By comparing floor radiation,fan coil,all-air air conditioning system and radiator,it is found that the comprehensive evaluation of the radiator is the best.The study provides a comprehensive evaluation and selection method for the selection of heating terminal technology.Compared with the single factor analysis,this method takes into account the complex effects of multiple factors,which is more scientific and reasonable.
