With the rapid development of air transportation,the increase in flight training missions such as national defense and air defense,and the frequent occurrence of dangerous weather such as thunderstorms,The contradiction between air traffic demand and airspace supply capacity has become increasingly prominent,the flow management has become an important means to ensure the balance of airspace capacity.The issuance of traffic management strategies is an effective way to manage traffic,and it plays an important role in regulating the balance of capacity and flow.The trailing interval management strategy is the main domestic traffic management method in recent years.Research on the trailing interval management strategy based on data-driven is of great significance in practical applications.Based on flow control data,flight plan data and weather message data,a data-driven trailing interval management strategy is systematically studied.First summarized the overall research situation of trailing interval management strategy,and the research status of similar scene clustering,operating efficiency evaluation system construction and evaluation,and similar scene matching algorithm at home and abroad has been introduced;Then established FCM-PSO clustering algorithm to cluster similar scenes based on weather-related scenes,and performed similar scene statistics based on airport-related scenes;Then established the trailing interval management strategy operation efficiency evaluation system,and the entropy weight matter-element extension algorithm for comprehensive efficiency evaluation has been constructed;Finally,a similar scene matching model based on the cosine similarity theorem and Pearson’s algorithm is established,which can realize the matching analysis of similar scenes,and select the optimal trailing interval management strategy based on the evaluation results of operating efficiency.The clustering methods of similar scenes based on weather,the operation efficiency evaluation method and similar scene matching method are verified by calculation examples respectively.And the optimal strategy in different scenarios has been obtained,which has significant practical significance in practical applications.Finally,the results are summarized and the further research on related issues is prospected.Figure 13;Table 48;Reference 55... |
