| Heating system is pubilc service to meet heating need.At present,small boilers are forced to shut down by national environmental protection policy,then urban central heating system has developed rapidly.EPC mode has the advantages of optimizing resources and improving construction efficiency,and this mode has also been used in the construction of heating pipelines.However,the owner sign contract with the general contractor under the total contract price and fixed time limit,then transfer more risks to the general contractor.If contractors can’t manage risks,which affecting the progress of project.Based on the perspective of the general contractor,it studies the risk points faced by general contractor in the project implementation stage,which not only provides reference for enterprise risk management,but also helps to prevent safe operation risk of the heating system from the source.Based on the research of EPC project risk literature at home and abroad,EPC project general contract,and fault tree analysis method,this paper summarized the pipeline project risk factors faced by the general contractor,then formed the initial risk list.Through expert interview,21 project risk factors were identified,such as pipeline laying,communication and coordination,etc.According to the four stages of PEC project implementation,namely design,procurement,construction and commissioning,these factors were classified.Then the risk evaluation index system of heating pipeline EPC project was established.The project risk evaluation model was established by using the combination of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and 21 risk factors were evaluated by the model.The key risk factors of EPC heating pipeline project are obtained,and the risk level of these project was determined.Finally,the paper analyzed the case by combining theory with practice,and expounds the application of the research results in reality,which can provide reference for the risk management of the general contractor.Figure 11;Table 19;Reference 50... |
