Information network technology iteration provided a solid foundation for the development of society.For enterprises,technology must be combined with enterprise organization and management in order to fully maintain market vitality.Among them,the enterprise organization structure was the main aspect of technology empowerment,and the flat organization structure was the common pursuit of the enterprise and the outside of the society.Through the use of technology to empower managers to improve their management capabilities,to broaden their management scope,and to promote flattening of the organizational structure,many of the drawbacks of hierarchical organizations are alleviated,including reducing the distortion of information communication,stabilizing organizational management costs,and releasing the innovative vitality of employees.This article first explained the basic logic of the flat organization structure,proposed the disadvantages of hierarchical organization and the advantages of flat organization,and then linked the management range with the brain ability,and divided the management range influencing factors into the brain’s memory function,Communication function,decision-making function and monitoring function.Then build a flat evolution model of the organizational structure and a flat technology-driven framework.The process of flattening the organizational structure of an enterprise is a process in which the scope of management continues to widen and the level of management continues to decrease.Based on the idea of technology choice,this article studies the factors affecting the flattening of enterprise organizational structure and the path of technology empowerment.The contradiction between management range and management level is the root cause of hierarchical organization.Information network technology changes provide opportunities for flat enterprise organization structure,and technology can empower managers’ brain capabilities,increase the number of direct management subordinates,and make them The scope of management has been broadened.Under the condition that the total number of people in the organization remains unchanged,the management level has been reduced,and the organizational structure has been flattened.The application of spatial theory and technology matching principles in the flat multi-dimensional driving mechanism of the organizational structure to describe the implementation path of flat driving,confirms cloud service empowerment recognition,holographic projection empowers communication,artificial intelligence empowers decision-making,and big data empowers The empowerment method of monitoring promotes the flattening of the organizational structure.Finally,the flattening of the organizational structure did not refer to the final result,but a process of organizational structure reform,a process in which the hierarchy of the corporate organizational structure was gradually reduced.In this process,the distortion of information communication was reduced,the cost of organization and management was stabilized,and the innovative vitality of employees was released.Through the continuous development of technology,the organizational structure also continues to change,realizing the common development of the enterprise organizational structure and the environment.
