Research On Construction Quality Management Of Q Project Phase Ⅱ

In recent years,although the purchase restriction policies have been issued in succession,the construction industry is still one of the pillar industries in China.Before the national ranking examination,the real estate development enterprises have successively entered the second and third tier cities in China,including Baotou.Evergrande,Country garden,Fuli,Vanke and other development giants have successively settled in Baotou,which also makes the competition among local development enterprises in Baotou more fierce,and the requirements for construction quality have been raised to a higher level.This paper takes the Q project residential quarter developed and constructed by a development enterprise in Baotou as the carrier,because there are many quality problems in the first phase of the project,so the author mainly uses the primary and secondary cause analysis,six sigma analysis and "4M1E" analysis as well as cause and effect diagram and control diagram analysis tools to collect data and analyze the main causes of the problems,and proposes improvements Scheme,and the scheme will be implemented in the second phase of the project,the number of quality problems in the second phase of the project to judge whether the improvement scheme is feasible.By using the method of primary and secondary cause analysis,the quality problems of the first phase project are divided into main problems,secondary problems and general problems,and different improvement measures are taken for different levels of problems.Six Sigma DMAIC process analysis method and "4M1E" analysis method are used to analyze the main problems,find out the root causes of the main quality problems in the first phase of the project,formulate detailed and specific improvement plans,and apply them to the second phase of the construction process.Through the inspection of the construction quality of the second phase project,it is found that the quality problems of the first phase project are greatly reduced in the second phase project,and the improvement scheme is feasible.Through the research on the construction quality management of the second phase project of Q project,not only the construction quality of the second phase project has been improved,but also the sales volume has been increased in a straight line,the reputation of the company has been recovered,the loss caused by the quality problem of the first phase project has been recovered,and the quality management ability of the development enterprise has been greatly improved.
