Looking at the development status of all walks of life in China,the construction industry,once the pillar industry of national economy,has been affected by the fluctuation of domestic economy environment in recent years,the development speed has decreased,and the economic level has dropped sharply,reaching an unprecedented low period.The government and enterprises have taken many economic recovery measures for self rescue,among which BIM Technology is the most popular new technology.However,due to the short implementation time in China,the government and enterprises lack of promotion,which leads to the failure of BIM Technology in practical application,which has its proper application scope and depth,and the effect of application is not good.As far as water supply and drainage design is concerned,the advantages of BIM Technology,such as visualization,simulated construction and installation,and comprehensive optimization of pipelines,can solve the unexpected problems in graphic design drawings,correct them from the source,effectively prevent rework,improve work efficiency,reduce construction costs,and achieve the goal of fine management.Therefore,it is necessary to promote BIM Technology in water supply and drainage design.Based on the maturity theory,this paper studies the evaluation method of BIM application maturity in the water supply and drainage design stage,and constructs a rating index system suitable for measuring the application maturity of BIM Technology in the water supply and drainage design stage of construction projects,so as to help enterprises find their own shortcomings,improve the work process in time,and improve the work efficiency.Based on the research of a large number of BIM technologies and maturity theories at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the development status of the construction industry,summarizes the problems,determines the research direction,and defines the research content and research methods.Firstly,through the analysis of the principles,basis,process and methods of maturity evaluation index selection,through literature research and expert interview,the paper finds out the obstacles in the application of water supply and drainage design stage.After reasonable deformation and classification,a BIM application maturity evaluation index system with 4 dimensions and 22 indicators is formed.Secondly,the maturity model theory is analyzed,and based on the k-pmmm model,the original development stage is modified,and five maturity evaluation grades are obtained,and the feasibility of the matter element extension method in maturity evaluation is analyzed.The model of maturity grade calculation of BIM Technology Application in water supply and drainage design is constructed.Finally,the paper verifies the evaluation index system and maturity evaluation model built above through practical cases,finds out the shortcomings of BIM application in the project,and provides reliable and feasible improvement suggestions for BIM,in order to accelerate the transformation of design work and increase the application depth and application scope of BIM Technology in the construction industry. |
