| With the deepening of reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly,and the construction industry,as a traditional industry,has developed rapidly and gradually become a pillar industry in the national economy.However,the economic efficiency of domestic construction enterprises is different from the international level.The main reason is that the development of domestic construction industry is still a kind of extensive and energy consumption mode,which is characterized by low scientific and technological content and low technical level of employees.As a result,in recent years,Chinese construction enterprises in order to seek new development,with BIM technology as the leading information means of digital construction,came into being and obtained to the rapid promotion and application.Housing Department in the 2011-2015 construction information development outline,also put forward BIM as the core focus of supporting industry upgrading development.However,with the continuous application and practice of BIM technology in the construction industry,some problems have been found that hinder its development and development imbalance,and even can not land.This paper mainly focuses on the analysis of the successful factors of how to apply BIM technology at the project level,in order to construct the project level BIM application maturity evaluation model,which can evaluate and study the application level BIM specific projects.To the project application management plays a certain guiding significance.First of all,through the literature analysis to determine the impact of BIM technology project level application maturity factors.Then on the basis of analysis,through the questionnaire of BIM practitioners,further analysis and inference,until the construction of BIM project level application maturity evaluation model.By using AHP,the initial weight of the evaluation is calculated for the factors in the BIM project level successful evaluation model.An objective and complete BIM maturity evaluation model is constructed by using entropy weight theory to calculate the combined weight of evaluation factors.Lastly,the value of maturity evaluation is calculated by element extension theory for BIM implementation projects,and the maturity level BIM application maturity of specific projects can be evaluated and analyzed.This paper analyzes the key elements that affect the successful landing of BIM technology project level application and guide the construction process management.At the same time,it also finds out which elements have more practical adjustment space.How to reasonably solve the allocation of these elements and strengthen factor management to guide construction enterprises to improve BIM technology application level. |
