| The design of building water supply and drainage is an important part of the whole of architecture design.In recent years,with the progress of the times and the development of the national economy,new concepts such as intelligent building,green building and low-carbon and environmental building,etc.have emerged constantly.Due to these new concepts,the requirements for the design of water supply and drainage have become higher and higher.At the same time,the water supply and drainage system of buildings has become more and more complex,and the increase of pipeline system will inevitably lead to the complexity of pipelines.Therefore,the possibility of space collision of pipelines or components between the water supply and drainage engineering and other specialty will increase.Depending on the traditional computer aided design software(CAD),these problems can hardly be solved properly.With the birth and continuous development of building information model technology(BIM),it is possible to use BIM technology to construct three-dimensional model of the building.It makes the design of building water supply and drainage become three-dimensional and visualized,so it can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of building water supply and drainage design.At present,BIM is gradually applied in the design of building water supply and drainage,but its application is still in the initial stage of application.Especially,the application research of the forward design and the secondary development is still immature.At the key point of information transformation in the construction industry,this study has certain theoretical value and practical application value.Taking building water supply and drainage as the research object,this paper aims to improve the design method based on BIM technology,and to discuss and analyze the optimization effect of forward design and secondary development on the design process and the prospect of its application research.Based on the analysis of the current application and research status of BIM technology in the field of building water supply and drainage at home and abroad,this paper uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey to carry out the research.Firstly,the basic BIM technology is sorted out and analyzed.Due to the excellent interoperability of BIM software and the guidance of BLM theory,BIM technology has been successfully applied to the whole life cycle of planning,design,construction and management of construction projects.Secondly,the application form of BIM technology,that is,how to build BIM model,is studied.The appearance of BIM model makes up for the shortcomings of traditional CAD design methods in design intuition,multi-professional collaboration and so on.This is due to the standardization requirements of BIM modeling in basic units,modeling coordinates,design basis,naming standards,precision and so on.After that,combined with the Revit series software,the design and optimization of the underground five floors and the ground A1~A8 building of Nanjing Financial City Phase II were completed,including water supply system,hot water system,wastewater system,rainwater system,reclaimed water system,fire fighting water gun system,self-spraying system and hydrant system.The value of BIM technology in the process of water supply and drainage design and optimization is analyzed from the angles of multi-specialty collaborative design,pipeline layout and pipeline collision inspection.This fully proves the unique value of BIM technology in practical application.At the same time,the feasibility and application prospects of the forward design based on BIM technology in the process of water supply and drainage design and optimization are summarized and analyzed by taking the forward design of standard floor of A5 building as an example.Finally,in order to improve the problems of single function and too many repetitive operations encountered in the actual design project,the Revit MEP software is redeveloped by Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and C# language.The plug-ins which can realize the functions of pipe interruption,multi-pipe alignment and multi-riser establishment under various views are developed and applied to the second phase project of Nanjing Financial City.In this way,the functions are expanded and the meaningless repetitive operation is reduced in the process of pipe section layout,which further optimizes the design process and improves the design efficiency.It provides valuable reference for the application practice and follow-up research of BIM technology. |
