| In 2004,the first administrative service center was established in Jinhua City,China.Subsequently,a large number of that like buildings emerged.The buildings are built for the government to improve work efficiency and public management system,and to achieve one-stop management of services.Today’s society is diversified,and a single administrative approval function can no longer meet the needs of people.In the post-epidemic era,new designs of administrative service centers are needed to meet changes in operating mechanisms.In recent years,in order to fulfill the people-oriented service idea and estabilish a service-oriented government image,we should pay more attention to user-friendly designs of administrative service centers.Based on the humanization concept,this article interprets the spatial form and development trend of the administrative service center.Through field research and questionnaire surveys,some problems about administrative service centers were found,and the behavior characteristics and needs of users were understood.The related theories of humanization and environmental psychology are used to study the spatial form and scales that meet the administrative characteristics and needs of different users.On the basis of this study,combined with the spatial form of domestic and foreign excellent cases and the development trend in the post-epidemic era,as well as the behavior characteristics and needs of the users,under the background of humanization,the design strategy is proposed in four aspects: integrated design of administrative service center architecture and city,high-efficiency streamline organization,comfortable environment creation,and urban life response.Finally,taking the Wuchang District Administrative Service Center as an example,the humanized design strategy is operated into the project practice to obtain the specific method. |
