As an important place to deal with all kinds of social and public affairs,the administrative office is the leading place for the government to deal with local government affairs and make local economic development direction.Research found that the indoor lighting also only stay in meet the demand of visual function level,various administrative office unit of artificial lighting level differences,some is lower than the national standard requirements,lamps and lanterns of repair,maintenance management,office workers used computer display brightness difference,differences between the old and the new.In the long run,the visual health of the administrative staff will be greatly affected,and it will be caused by the light biological effect,and the lack of lighting conditions will also affect the work efficiency and physical and mental health of the staff.The high popularity of Internet and office software makes the computer office gradually replace the traditional paper document reading and writing as the main office mode.This article as a national natural science fund project"climate partition university interior lighting light based research on biological effects to the light of the college students'depression”,China?grant no.51478060?the research topic related content.In this paper,design of factorial experiment,and simulate the behavior of the administrative staff in the office in the laboratory model,studies the most conducive to staff fatigue of lighting parameters combination of ease and work efficiency.Experimental design for three level of color temperature?4000 k,5000 k and 6500 k?,five levels of desktop illumination?300 lx,500 lx,750 lx,1000 lx and 1500 lx?,five levels of the computer screen brightness?50 cd/m2,100 cd/m2,150 cd/m2,200 cd/m2and 250 cd/m2?,three factors between different levels of cross group,compose 15lighting environments with 5 screen brightness experiments.Screened 12 experimental subjects?6 men and 6 women,the normal physiological indexes?,by the American company BIOPAC MP150 type 16 collect and record the physiological recorder subjects of electrical,electrical,doses of the operation method of measuring subjects mental work ability index?IMC?.Analysis of various indicators and the color temperature,the change of the relationship between intensity of illumination,screen brightness,including brain fatigue(R?+?value),mental excitability?R?value andR?value?,visual fatigue,frequency and close your eyes blink time,IMC index change rate.Based on the analysis of experimental results,it was found that the optimal LED lighting scheme,based on the IMC index,was the color temperature 5000K,the illuminance of 750lx and the screen brightness of 150cd/m2.Blink frequency change rate as visual fatigue evaluation index,the best LED lighting solution for 4000 k color temperature,illumination 750 lx,screen brightness 150 cd/m2,to close their eyes time rate of change of visual fatigue evaluation index,the best LED lighting solution for6500 k color temperature,illumination 750 lx,screen brightness 250 cd/m2;With brain fatigue as the evaluation index,5000K was the best color temperature,and the optimal level of illumination was 750lx,and the best screen brightness was 150cd/m2.Through the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method,a comprehensive evaluation index I value of six physiological signals and efficiency scale evaluation indexes including brain fatigue,brain excitation,visual fatigue and work efficiency was constructed,and the combination of LED lighting parameters with the largest I value was selected as color temperature 5000K,illumination 750lx,screen brightness150cd/m2On the basis of the overall assessment of the light environment,by multi-dimensional nonlinear regression analysis,the function model of the index I and the brightness of the light of the light environment,and the function model of the light of the light,the expression is:y=1.6212-0.00031+0.00022+0.00233+2.2896*10;812-8.2416*10;822+1.5219*10;632+6.8513*10;812+3.2211*10;813-1.9820*10;623Here,y is the comprehensive evaluation index I value of light environment,x1 is the color temperature value,x2 is the illuminance value,and x3 is the screen brightness value.
