Research On The Architectural Design Of The Administrative Service Center In Lanshan District,Rizhao

Under the background of "service-oriented" government construction in China,as a new type of public service building,the administrative service center building concentrates all the functional departments of the government with the function of examination and approval in one building,which effectively alleviates the disadvantages of the past mass running around,improves the efficiency of work,and realizes the "one-stop" service.In the architectural design,the open centralized hall is often used as its main functional area,which is obviously different from the traditional "yamen style" office buildings,creating an efficient,people-friendly and honest government image.This paper takes the architectural design practice of Lanshan district administrative service center in Rizhao as an opportunity to study the problems encountered in the design.This paper focuses on three aspects: the function configuration of administrative service center,the organization of space system and the physical environment of public space.In terms of function configuration,based on the investigation of the administrative service center built in many places in Jiangsu Province,this paper analyzes the behavior mode and specific function demand of internal users,probes into the specific function composition of the administrative service center,and makes incomplete statistics on the proportion trend of each functional unit,and obtains the specific strategy of function configuration;in terms of spatial system organization,this paper analyzes the research results In terms of physical environment of public space,by referring to the relevant existing physical environment specifications of large space,comparing the actual two samples of building public space and analyzing the causes of its shortcomings,the paper uses computer simulation to analyze the specific physical environment of public space of sample administrative service center The influencing factors are studied and the corresponding solutions are obtained.In the practical part,the project of Lanshan district administrative service center in Rizhao is applied and studied.In the process of project design,the design strategies mentioned above are used to verify the applicability of the above three thematic strategies.At the end of this paper,the future development of this kind of architecture is prospected and summarized.The full paper is about 107000 words,115 figures and 95 tables...
