The sustained development of the national economy has promoted the development of the building decoration industry,and the continuous development of the building decoration industry has also promoted the development of the national economy.At the same time,with the golden age of the real estate industry,the building decoration industry has also ushered in a period of rapid development.However,as more and more small and mediumsized enterprises join the competition,Chinese construction and decoration industry presents a relatively large market competition environment of "big market,small enterprise".As the development speed of the real estate industry gradually slows down,especially in a fully competitive environment,as the cost of enterprises becomes more transparent,the profit margin of the construction and decoration industry continues to decrease.How to maintain the long-term development goals of enterprises in the current fierce environment,and constantly optimize the operation and management of enterprises to adapt to changes in the market is a problem that many construction and decoration companies are concerned about.This article first puts forward the problems of this paper based on the research background,and then,with the help of domestic and foreign research theories,takes Jinpeng Construction Decoration Company as the specific research object.Then,the article analyzes Jinpeng’s actual operation and management status and existing problems based on the Fishbone Diagram.The reasons for the company’s current development problems are traced back.On this basis,the direction of optimization and adjustment of operation management is proposed,including the establishment of an intelligent management and control platform,independent research and development of new technologies,the self-cultivation model of high-end talents,and the establishment of advantageous resources to jointly build a shared supply chain.Through the exchange of resources,cooperation and sharing,to achieve the effective use of resources,expand business scale,change passive management to active management;expand business areas.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of Jinpeng’s operation management,the final part of the paper puts forward the implementation and guarantee measures of operation management optimization design.The implementation of operational management optimization design requires top-down division of labor and collaboration,and is guaranteed by a harmonious corporate culture,perfect risk management and partner evaluation system. |
