| With the continuous enrichment and accumulation of social material wealth,people have higher requirements for the service quality of the transportation industry.As an important part of the transportation industry,the proportion of aviation has been increasing year by year.After decades of development and construction,China’s aviation industry is rapidly improving both passenger throughput and cargo traffic,and the service capacity and degree of modernization of the aviation industry is constantly improving and enhancing.As an important part of the air transport industry,the airport is both the beginning and the end of the aviation industry and has a significant impact on the local economic growth and the quality of people’s lives.Harbin airport was built in 1979,located at yingbin road,daoli district,southwest of Harbin city.It is one of the 12 major trunk airports in China.In2019,the passenger throughput was about 20.78 million,ranking 21 st in China and ranking first among the four major airports in northeast China.The expansion project of Harbin airport was officially started in May 2015.The main goal is to relieve the shortage of terminal,airport space and other resources,and build T2 terminal and other supporting facilities,with capacity expanded by four times.The whole project will be constructed in two stages.By the end of April2018,the domestic area of terminal T2,with a floor area of 135,000 square meters in the first phase,will be completed and put into use.The second phase of the construction tasks,including the remaining 30,000 square meters of terminal T2 international area and 67,000 square meters of terminal T1 renovation,are stepping up the implementation,all planned to be completed and put into use by the end of 2021.Taking the Harbin airport expansion project as an example,this paper analyzes and discusses the progress management of the construction task in the first phase of the project,points out the problems in the progress management in the first phase of the project,and puts forward the optimization plan and guarantee measures based on the actual situation.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part,based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,introduces the research object,purpose and significance of this paper;The second part,on the basis of analyzing the basic situation of Harbin airport expansion project schedule management,expounds the current situation and existing problems of the expansion project schedule management.The third part,aiming at the problems existing in the progress management of Harbin airport expansion project,puts forward the optimization scheme.The fourth part,according to Harbin airport expansion project schedule management problems and improvement countermeasures,Harbin airport expansion project schedule management proposed corresponding safeguard measures. |
