Research On Development Soluations Of YBM Finance Shared Service Center

Since the establishment of the first Financial Shared Service Center(FSSC)in the 1980 s,the concept of Shared Service has been widely popularized in the world.With the changes of economic tide,the low-cost and high-efficiency Financial management mode has triggered many domestic enterprises to explore and try on Financial reform.As an old domestic building materials enterprise,YBM company occupies an unshakable position in the building materials market in northeast China.Under the impact of rapid economic development and business expansion,the old financial management mode causes certain resistance to the company’s growth,and the financial organization and business reform are imminent.This paper summed up through to the present financial sharing center at home and abroad the latest theory research,to summarize its creation experience,and through the comparative analysis,summarized,theory and other research methods,the combination of the actual according to the related theory of economics,management,accounting,such as combing and comprehensive analysis,use YBM company for special case study,discuss the sharing center construction scheme design and implementation of the ground.On existing research results,the first insight into the YBM company’s business characteristics and the present situation of the company’s internal management structure and financial structure,the problems existing in the financial model and analytic company sharing center construction suitability analysis,functional analysis and construction further put forward the construction scheme in accordance with YBM company and industry characteristics,from the institutional setup,staffing,operation process reengineering and inf ormation sharing,risk control and so on angles in this paper,the financial center of the design.At the same time,the key points in the implementation process of the financial sharing center are elaborated in detail around the development stage,test stage,operation and effect tracking stage.Finally,the design of YBM financial sharing center and the current output results are summarized,which not only establishes a solid foundation for YBM company to reduce cost and increase efficiency and transform the management system,but also provides new ideas for the financial management reform of the old industrial base in northeast China and even the domestic building materials industry.
