A Research On A’s Financial Shared Service Center Construction And Operation

With the rapid development of the economy and the wide application of information technology,the construction industry in which Company A is located is becoming more and more competitive.with the gradual increase in the cost of labor and resources,the gradual expansion of the scope of construction,the complexity of engineering projects,subcontracting business,the increase in operating costs,the difficulty of regulation and control,and the lack of capital concentration all making the traditional financial management model difficult to meet the rapid development needs of enterprises,financial transformation is imminent,and financial shared services become an important driving force.On the basis of reading and referring a large number of literature and books about shared service and financial shared service at home and abroad,based on the case study and theoretical analysis and combined with management accounting knowledge,this paper mainly studies the reasons why A Company has abandoned the traditional financial management mode and constructed the financial shared service center.This paper analyses the construction,operation process and implementation effect of A company’s Financial Sharing Service center.This not only has certain guiding significance to the operation of A Company’s financial shared service management mode,but also has certain reference significance for enterprises in other traditional industries to construct financial shared financial center.
