| ZZ photovoltaic power generation project is a grid connected solar photovoltaic ground power generation system developed and constructed by H New Energy Technology Co.,Ltd.The implementation of the project is of great significance to the rational development and utilization of light energy resources,the acceleration of regional energy structure adjustment and the realization of the sustainable development of social economy in Heilongjiang Province.As a capital intensive project,solar photovoltaic power generation has a large investment and a long cycle,which is affected by various uncertain factors such as nature,technology,economy and management,which will bring uncertainty to the investment of ZZ photovoltaic power generation project.Therefore,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the ZZ photovoltaic power generation project and achieve the expected economic and social benefits,it is a very important problem to study the investment risk factors of the ZZ solar photovoltaic power generation project for analysis and identification,and propose the risk response measures according to the relevant results.This paper is based on the research status of the theories and methods of project risk management at home and abroad.Firstly,the regional environment,power market demand environment and solar energy resource environment of ZZ photovoltaic power generation project are studied.Based on the analysis of the overall situation of ZZ photovoltaic power generation project,including the overall planning and design of the project,the expected economic and social benefits,the characteristics of ZZ photovoltaic power generation project and the necessity of risk management are described.Secondly,combined with the geographical status,climate characteristics and project characteristics of the ZZ photovoltaic power generation project,starting with the factors affecting the photovoltaic power generation project,the risk factors of the ZZ photovoltaic power generation project are identified by using the expert survey method.AHP method is used to confirm the existence proportion of relevant risks,and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to model the risk of the project,and the risk assessment of ZZ photovoltaic power generation project is carried out.Thirdly,according to the evaluation results and the actual situation of the risk of ZZ photovoltaic power generation project,the risk management countermeasures and control measures of ZZ photovoltaic power generation project are proposed. |
