| Reinforced concrete bridge is the most commonly used bridge at this stage,which has advantages in design and construction.However,with the passage of time and the growth of traffic volume.It will not only affect the social traffic paralysis,but also endanger the personal safety and social economy.Therefore,the maintenance is of great significance.Based on the example of Dalian Shugang East Bridge,this paper analyzes the disease,and provides methods for the maintenance and reinforcement of the disease,mainly carrying out the following research:First,the disease of reinforced concrete continuous beam bridge is analyzed.Combined with the actual project of Dalian Shugang East Bridge,the disease of concrete continuous beam bridge is studied from the three aspects of superstructure,substructure and auxiliary facilities,and the causes and manifestations of the disease are revealed.It is considered that during the operation period,various influencing factors are coupled with each other,and diseases of various parts affect each other,resulting in deterioration of the overall condition of the bridgeThen,taking Dalian Shugang East Bridge as an example,the paper studies the diseases of the reinforced concrete bridge after 16 years of service.Through three different means of technical condition evaluation,load test and pavement thickness detection,it comprehensively detects its upper structure,lower structure and auxiliary facilities,analyzes the actual situation of the bridge,and obtains the technical condition score and bearing capacity of the bridge Ability test results.Third,taking the typical 20+20+21+20 m continuous box girder of Dalian Shugang East Bridge as an example,the paper establishes the overall space finite element model of the structure,explores the reasonable parameters,advantages and disadvantages,and the application of the three reinforcement methods,i.e.pasting steel plate,increasing section and pasting carbon fiber cloth,and puts forward the appropriate reinforcement methods and implementation plans of the reinforced concrete continuous beam bridge.Finally,according to the inspection results of the Dalian Shugang East Bridge,the corresponding maintenance and reinforcement strategies are put forward for the diseases of the superstructure,substructure and auxiliary facilities of the Dalian Shugang East Bridge,and implemented in the actual bridge. |
