Disease Analysis And Maintenance And Reinforcement Method Of Concrete Bridges In Gansu Province

Gansu Province is located in the inland hinterland of Northwest China.The Ocean warm and humid air flow is not easy to reach.Most of the areas are typical arid climate in Northwest China.Complex and changeable climate conditions have a great impact on large outdoor buildings.At present,some different types of bridges in Gansu Province have different degrees of diseases due to climate and other reasons.It is difficult to construct,transform,maintain and manage them,and has a certain impact on road traffic safety.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to do a good job of common bridge disease analysis and formulate a scientific and rigorous bridge maintenance and reinforcement scheme in accordance with the regional climate and engineering environment conditions in Gansu Province.From the distribution of bridges in China,the number of domestic bridges is huge,the types of bridges are more complex,and there are great differences between different places.Therefore,this paper only takes the common bridge diseases in Gansu Province as the research object.Firstly,using the method of literature research to find the relevant literature,the research status of bridge disease treatment at home and abroad was analyzed and summarized;then,the external climate characteristics,landform characteristics,natural division of bridges and social environment of bridge operation in Gansu Province were studied and analyzed;finally,the common bridge diseases in Gansu Province were analyzed.In this paper,the types,causes and mechanism of the damages are studied and analyzed,and the maintenance and reinforcement measures with strong pertinence and operability are put forward,which can provide some shallow references for the maintenance and reinforcement work of bridges in Gansu and even northwest provinces.This paper mainly completed the following work:(1)Through the analysis of Gansu Province's natural geographical conditions,typical natural operation environment of bridges and social environment of bridge operation,it is concluded that the special natural environment of Gansu Province puts forward higher requirements for the design,construction and operation of bridges.Only by scientifically and reasonably grasping the fundamental and objective analysis of the mechanism and principle of bridge diseases under the special environment of Gansu Province can the bridge diseases be produced.Only in this way can the safe operation of bridge structure be guaranteed.(2)Classification of bridge diseases,statistics of common diseases of existing bridges in Gansu Province,and then analysis and Research on the mechanism of bridge diseases.The causes and treatment measures of typical bridge diseases in Gansu Province are summarized.(3)Maintenance and reinforcement methods of common diseases of concrete bridges are classified,and the application of concrete maintenance and reinforcement methods in concrete treatment of bridge diseases in Gansu Province is summarized.The concept,characteristics,preventive maintenance measures and preventive maintenance technology of bridges are expounded.(4)Through the engineering practice of the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,the reinforcement scheme design and the reinforcement effect analysis are carried out,which proves that the external prestressing reinforcement meets the requirements of the bridge reinforcement.
