Test And Evaluation Of New Homes And The Reinforcement Of The Bridge

At present, a large number of existing reinforced concrete bridges were flawed and damaged, it is difficult to apply to high development needs of highway. In order to ensure the normal safe operation, it is necessary to detect and assess and reinforce these bridges. This paper set a bridge on Chang sha to Yi yang highway as engineering background, the main conclusions were listed as follow:(1) Combined the research situation at home and abroad, bridge inspection assessment and reinforcement of research were summarized.(2) From Superstructure, Substructure and Deck system, the disease in the form of reinforced concrete bridge were summarized, and the disease mechanism of the steel and concrete were also analyzed. Reinforced concrete bridge inspection mainly including visual inspection, materials testing and bridge data collection. Static load test、Dynamic load test and Non-destructive testing are the three main detection methods. Then, the assessment and evaluation methods were discussed. At last, One bridge was detected and evaluated on Chang-yi highway.(3) The common reinforcement of reinforced concrete bridges were summarized, which mainly divided into three aspects:Structure of surface reinforcement, Upper structural reinforcement methods and Substructure reinforcement methods. Scope of application and Positive cross-section bearing capacity calculation methods of bridge were introducted. It can provide a reference for the choice of the bridge strengthening engineering.(4) Based on the bridge reinforcement theory, one bridge on Chang-yi highway was reinforced. Bonded steel plates and reinforcement anchor to reinforce the bridge was the last selection under three reinforcement programs. Application on Dr bridges, before and after the bearing capacity of reinforced was calculated. At last, the reinforcement of the bridge construction points were summarized, and the Note in the construction process was proposed.
