Disease Analysis And Reinforcement In Concrete Slab Bridge

Slab bridge is one of the most popular used forms in highway at present. With amount of traffic augment continuously and overloading vehicles often behavior on it, together with some unreasonable designs and construction, after many years used, diseases in slab bridges are appeared.In this paper, the mechanical characteristics of cast-in-place slab bridges and assembly slab bridges was analyzed and calculate methods was studied. On this foundation, according to the investigated result of the diseases of the bridges in Wuhan-Yichang expressway, all kinds of diseases of slab bridges have been analyzed systematically. The types and the features of the diseases were summed up, the reasons for the diseases were expound, the mechanisms of the diseases were studied, and the hazard of the diseases were analyzed. Further more, the measures were proposed to deal with such diseases for bridges and reinforced methods were presented.
