In the last century about 80 years, the construction of a large number of reinforced concrete bridge during the period of economic construction in China has been started, due to the construction of an earlier era, after decades of operation mostly appeared some serious diseases. Especially in the early construction of the reinforced concrete T beam bridge, because of the low standards of design, safety and small safety reserves, real traffic overload, degradation of structure and so on the negative factors, many early reinforced concrete T girder bridge bearing capacity of serious shortage. Thus, a large number of early reinforced concrete beam bridges were demolished and abandoned. However, the problem of bridge removal and reconstruction will not only consume a lot of financial and material resources, but also affect the normal traffic, and it is a better choice to strengthen the bridge and improve the carrying capacity of the structure.There is a problem of small size on the early RC T beam bridge and adopt commonly used reinforcement method(Such as increasing the section strengthening method, strengthening the bonding steel plate, the surface of the composite reinforcement method, external prestressed reinforcement method, etc) existing problems such as low efficiency of reinforcement, improvement of the structure of the structure, and the shortage of the carrying capacity of the structure. Therefore, this research team proposed that the new method of Prestressed CFRP plate and reinforced concrete cross section method are adopted to reinforce the early concrete T beam bridge, and based on the actual bridge reinforcement engineering of Xin jiang, the research on the reinforcement of T beam bridge in early concrete is carried out.In order to better the comprehensive understanding of the advantages of prestressed carbon fiber composite reinforcement method, this paper based on the actual engineering reinforcement for bridge member object, respectively, were bonded steel plate reinforcement method, external prestressing reinforcement method and prestressed carbon fiber reinforcement method for structural design and calculation of bearing capacity. Through the design and the structure reinforcement calculated conclusion: comprehensive reinforcement of bridge carrying capacity was greatly improved, greatly strengthened beam reinforcement structure bearing capacity of reserve, and thickening of the concrete layer between the T beam horizontal linkages to a strong role in strengthening, and other horizontal reinforcement measures together, to strengthen the integrity of the structure to play a role in good, is a good comprehensive performance, safety reserve sufficient reinforcement method of strengthening efficiency is high. The proposed method is recommended as the final reinforcement design and will be implemented in real bridge engineering.In this paper, the calculation of reinforcement case proves that the strengthening method and external prestressed CFRP strengthening method are effective and effective, and the calculation method for the bearing capacity of the bridge and the calculation method of the deflection of the beam during the process of strengthening are also given, at the same time, provide some reference for the future strengthening engineering.
