The Research And Develop Of The 60 Metres Span Gantry Bucket Wheel Stacker/reclaimer

The gantry bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer is developed on the basis of the bridge bucket turbine,this model is designed to adapt to some domestic fields du to site infrastructure restrictions.It is a kind of continuous and efficient loose material handling machine with autonomous features.At present,the equipment is mainly used in metallurgy,electric power,port,building materials and other industries.The differences between bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer and circular scraper-reclaimer,which is widely used in various industries at present,this machine takes good advantages of high production efficiency,reliable performance,convenient operation,maintenance,and implement automatic electrical control.At present,the gantry bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer is developing towards large-scale serialization and diversification,so the new type with large span and large capacity also conforms to the new development situation.MDQ1500/1750.60 gantry bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer was designed and developed by Jilin Baicheng Power Plant which is the first gantry bucket wheel stacker/reclaimer with a span of 60 m,and its design index can reach the advanced level in the same industry.This thesis research is based on the above project for the design and optimization of the machine and the selection analysis,make each component in the design to meet the useful function of the equipment.For the whole machine body steel structure preliminary design,UG modeling and advanced simulation functions of this software is analyzed with mechanics calculation of the main steel structure rigidity strength.On the ability to resist capsizing and center of gravity of the machine stability checking,to check the stability of the whole machine.UG modeling and assembly of the whole machine,can ensure that all parts in the assembly and runtime cohesion is reasonable.In response to a new scheme of national policy on environmental protection,our company is on the basis of traditional water spray dusting design for the user to configure a set of dry fog dust suppression device,greatly improve the inhibition of inhabitable dust.According to the user requirements,adopt PLC single action,linkage,semiautomatic control,safety sliding contact line of power supply manner designed.To meet the requirements of unmanned intelligent strip and the actual working condition of the yard,and put forward a set of unmanned control system,to upgrade provides a guarantee of future electrical control equipment.
