In modern industry,the bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is a kind of highly efficient equipment for continuous handling of bulk materials,in the dock,ports,power plants,steel mills and other bulk materials(coal,ore,coke,sand)is widely used in the field of material storage.With the continuous progress of science and technology,the control system of bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is increasingly improved,not only to meet the accuracy and safety of control,at the same time,reaction speed of bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer operation stability and reliability.Therefore,the research content of this paper has important theoretical significance and engineering value.In this paper,the cantilever bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer as the research object,according to the bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer control system technology and principle;to drive and control method for the design of bucket wheel,walking,pitching,cantilever belt,rotating,tail car etc.Through the combination of PLC technology and frequency conversion technology to design of bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer control system,using SIEMENS S7-300 PLC to construct the hardware platform of the control system as the core with SINAMICS G-120 converter.Application PLC master-slave dual stage control technology,and based on the hardware platform provides the control system software design.The network communication scheme of control system is realized by PROFIBUS fieldbus technology and EtherNet Ethernet technology.Finally,the SIMATIC MP-377 touch screen is used to build the human machine interface(HMI)to realize the communication platform between man and machine.At the same time,a complete detection and protection system for bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer is designed.This control scheme is applied to the Ma’anshan Steel Corp cantilever bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer control system renovation project.Combined with the situation at the scene,completed hardware configuration and software system of the control system,control system has the advantages of stable and reliable,easy to use,can adapt to the harsh working environment etc.The bucket-wheel stacker reclaimer obtained wider speed range,realize stepless speed regulation and equal reclaiming,reduce the impact.And adopts STEP7 software for LAD programming and PLCSIM simulation of the control system,and WINCC man-machine interface configuration.Finally,how to improve the control effect is analyzed,to improve the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer production efficiency,to achieve efficient and stable operation of the equipment.
