| Cantilever-type bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer is a large bulk material handling equipment, widely used in ports, power plants, coking plants and other large industries. With economic development, the modern industry for bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer control systems are increasingly high requirements. According to the scene of the equipment requirements, a highly reliable cantilevered bucket wheel stacker reclaimer electrical control system is designed in this paper.This paper analyzes the cantilevered bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer characteristics, describes the stacker and reclaimer process and major institutions, and gives a PLC control system design. Network communication of this control system is achieved via PROFIBUS-DP field-bus and Ethernet technology. Many fiber communication technologies are used in the designing that can avoid electromagnetic interference when motors work frequently. Security interlock is designed among major mechanism(long travel, slewing, luffing, boom conveyor, bucket wheel).Via program control system, the equipment can work reliably and steadily. Sum up the experience of working and analysis the. difference of performance in different equipments.Conbined with technical parameters and process of stacker and reclaimer, the various agencies of the driver principle and control mode is designed and studied in this paper. Aiming at different control methods, reclaiming, stacking process modele and anti-collision module is come up with and semi-automation stacking and reclaiming process is studied. Aiming ai the situation in the field, this paper comes up with an automatic security check progress that can reduce security risks of collision. |
