Bucket wheel stacker & reclaimer is a continuous stacker machinery which is commonly used in modern production.Now it has been widely uesed in the pier,metallurgy,power plants,steel mills and other bulk material handling situations.Bucket wheel is the key equipment to achieve reclaimation,so the reasonable drive of bucket wheel is extremely important for bucket wheel stacker & reclaimer.Direct Drive Volume Control system has developed rapidly in the past ten years or more,and it has been widely used in many foreign countries.Compared with the traditional valve control system and pump control system,Direct Drive Volume Control system has many advantages,such as use less energy and is more efficient.Taking into account the advantages of Direct Drive Volume Control system,according to technical parameters required,this paper studied and designed Direct Drive Volume Control system of the bucket wheel of bucket wheel stacker & reclaimer.This paper designed the direct drive hydraulic system of bucket wheel of bucket wheel stacker & reclaimer,including the design of system schematic and the design of mechanical structure,the design of valve block also simplified structure of the system.This paper established mathematical models of all aspects,and then established mathematical model of the whole system.This paper also design PID controller which allows the system to have a certain amplitude margin and phase margin and analysed system bandwidth,response speed,stability accuracy and other technical parameters.What's more,this paper analyzed parameters impaction to the system performance,and carried out computer simulation.Compared with DC motor,AC motor has a simpler structure,more reliable operation,easier maintenance,etc.It has been widely used in industrial production.The speed control of induction motor is a key to achieve Direct Drive Volume Control.This paper first used variable frequency and voltage methord to control AC induction motor,established mathematical models of system and carried out computer simulation,and then used vector control method which was applied to the control of speed of bucket wheel to control AC induction motor,built a Simulink simulation model and carried out computer simulation study.
