In recent years,the construction of comprehensive pipeline corridors in my country has entered a stage of rapid development.Under the strong call of the country,power companies actively responded to join the construction of the integrated pipeline gallery.How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the feasibility of power pipelines into the gallery has become an urgent problem to be solved.In terms of technology and economy,this article compares the differences between traditional direct burying,pipe laying,cable trench laying and power pipeline corridors,and based on the research conclusions,gives suggestions for power companies to participate in the construction of integrated pipeline corridors,which will help promote the introduction of power pipelines.The process of the corridor has relatively important research and reference value.This article firstly establishes simulation models for power cables and their surrounding environments under different laying methods based on the CYMCAP simulation software from the perspective of current carrying capacity.Considering the influence factors of temperature,soil thermal resistance coefficient and different number of circuits,compare the power pipeline into the integrated pipe gallery and the traditional laying methods,including direct burial,piping,and cable trench laying.The results show that the integration of power pipelines into the integrated pipeline corridor construction is suitable for areas where the temperature changes greatly throughout the year and the soil moisture is prone to change.At the same time,it can accommodate a large number of laying cycles,which is suitable for collective laying.Secondly,from the perspective of cost-effectiveness,based on the theory of full life cycle cost,combined with the characteristics of the sustainable development of the integrated pipeline gallery,construct a life cycle total cost model for traditional lines and power pipelines into the gallery,and calculate and analyze traditional line engineering and integrated management.The life cycle cost difference of the corridor project in 30 years,50 years and100 years.In addition,with special consideration of the indirect benefits brought about by the construction of the integrated pipe gallery,combined with the case of a pipe gallery in a domestic city,the cost-benefit difference between the traditional direct-buried laying method and the power pipeline into the integrated pipe gallery was evaluated within a 100-year life cycle.The data shows that from a long-term perspective,the economic benefits of power pipelines entering the corridor are better than conventional power line projects.Aiming at the problem of the apportionment ratio of the paid use fee of the integrated pipeline gallery,a method of apportionment ratio based on the collective decision-making is proposed.The example proves that this method not only meets the wishes of the pipeline unit,but also reduces the government’s investment pressure.The fee specification improves the reference.Finally,construct the optimization evaluation model of cable laying plan based on MIVES,select 10 indicators from the three aspects of technology,cost and benefit,comprehensively consider the various factors of the cable laying plan,and calculate the constructability of various laying methods.Points.The model uses the hesitating fuzzy group consensus algorithm to test the consistency of the opinions of different experts,enhances the credibility of the Delphi method,assists AHP to determine the index weight,uses the value function to achieve the quantification of the index,and analyzes the sensitivity of the model Test the versatility of the model.Applying the model to an example of a comprehensive pipeline gallery in a certain city,analyzing and comparing the constructive scores of several laying analyses,assessing that the constructability score of the construction of the integrated pipeline gallery of the power pipeline in this project is higher than that of other laying methods.And put forward suggestions for the city’s power companies to participate in the construction of power pipelines.
