| A prefab building is a building made up of factory-prefabricated elements that rise,connect and partially pour on site.Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated houses save energy and resources,make the construction process more environmentally friendly,and improve building technology,which is consistent with the strategy of green building,design and construction and industrialization,as well as the requirements of sustainable development.Construction industrialization has become a global trend and trend.In order to achieve the goal of building a resource-saving and ecologically clean society,prefabricated buildings must be actively developed.The promotion,maturity and development of prefab buildings will revolutionize the way they are built.According to the analysis of BIM’s technical characteristics,this paper adopts a single integrated housing project with assembly as the engineering background.First of all,to establish models of different occupations,there will be a certain collision with the detection,the problems in the initial design drawings will be corrected,the main purpose of this is to modify and improve the unreasonable terms in the initial design drawings,mainly to improve the quality of assembly houses.Secondly,diagrams associated with the 3 d model of different professional,through the way of software modeling,will be made before the start of the whole construction process in the modeling work,in respect of unfounded graphics and the unreasonable parts of the schedule and show the correct and in advance,in order to promote the improvement of construction management personnel,we can well control architecture.The Quanta software is used to create a 3D layout model,primarily to convert site layout drawings to make site planning more intelligent,and to improve site construction efficiency and use efficiency.In the final application BIM5 D construction process,careful construction process management and control in real time,construction process improvement and optimal utilization of building resources can effectively improve the efficiency of the entire construction process in order to make a unified list of cost estimates and the number of engineering work and previous models and diagrams in the same platform governance.At the same time,combined with the practical application of PC components in Vanke Fuqian project,it is found that there are many problems in the design of PC components.The complex facade design leads to many kinds of components,which need to be optimized in the design.During the construction and installation,it is found that the PC joint is not uniform,the size of PC is not consistent,the control of PC hoisting is difficult,and the leakage of PC cast-in-place joint is found,and the specific scheme is proposed to solve the problems.Through the above software analysis,and the practical construction application of PC components,the application problems of prefabricated in residential buildings are solved,and the related design and construction technology application of assembly type are optimized. |
