Application Research On Assembly Design Of Temporary Housing In Construction Site

The construction industry plays an important role in China’s economic development.In 2019,its total output value reached 7,090.4billion yuan,accounting for 7.1% of GDP,and the number of migrant workers in the construction industry reached about 54 million.It is an important force in China’s economic construction and social development,but it is in a corner of the city,facing the embarrassing situation of unstable housing situation and poor living environment.Due to the particularity of the workplace,its housing is mainly temporary housing on the construction site.Its existence is to provide a convenient place for workers to rest and work,and realize the basic functional requirements of sheltering from wind and rain.However,the existing temporary housing on the construction site is mostly like a "tool" made in a rough way,without a good external image.The high wall makes the construction workers have no intersection with the outside world,and the construction site housing is like an "isolated island" in the city,which makes the construction workers generally have a low sense of identity and is difficult to integrate into urban life.In this paper,the spatial types and spatial construction of temporary housing buildings on the construction site are studied,and the construction,detailed components and layout treatment of temporary housing buildings on the construction site are summarized.Referring to the existing categories of temporary housing buildings,the advantages and disadvantages of three categories,namely,workers’ self-built houses,prefabricated houses and container houses,are analyzed and sorted out to promote the spatial organization and structural innovation of workers’ temporary housing buildings.In the part of design practice,the assembly technology is used as an intervention method,and the overall structural system and production modulus are designed in combination with the characteristics of "modularization" and "productization".Using the internal and external connection of aggregation module,the emotional barrier between community residents and construction workers,short-term construction workers and long-term construction workers can be broken,and construction workers can be quickly integrated into urban communities and production and life.Create socialized collective space to realize the compound of internal functions,and use the fuzziness and variability of space to create shared and private space suitable for different types of work,ages and gender groups.This paper demonstrates and analyzes the needs of construction workers,the input cost of developers and the technical level of suppliers in the production and research of temporary housing buildings on the construction site,and tries to find a balance among the three to create a more ideal and rich space for temporary housing buildings on the construction site.
