With the continuous development of industrial technology,construction industrializationand informatization has become the inevitable trend of the development of construction industry in the future.As a concrete form of building industrialization,prefabricated concretehouse has become a hot spot in construction industry.However,the development of prefabricated concrete house in China has been restricted by the problems in technology and management.In recent years,with the continuous progress of industrial technology,the production technology and field construction technology of prefabricated building components have been improved,so that the technical aspects of assembly housing problems can be improved,but such as the production of prefabricated components and installation schedule control,Transport and storage of prefabricated elements,the problems of collecting,transmitting and sharing engineering information in each stage of the life cycle are still unsolved.Thus,the problem of prefabricated housing management has become a major factor restricting the development of prefabricated housing.At the same time,with the concept of BIM(Building Information Modeling)into the construction industry,BIM technology has been widely used in China.In view of the problems existing in the management of prefabricated housing,this paper introduces BIM technology,and carries on technical and management by BIM method.In this paper,BIM technology is mainly used to realize the construction simulation of the prefabricated part of Shanghai tinglin school construction project.BIM technology can be used to solve the rational division of components and control the weight of components in the scheme stage.To solve the understanding delay caused by the traditional written technical communication between designers and construction parties;To solve the problem of practical operation of technical workers before on-site installation,BIM software can be used to build 3d models to complete the process simulation of some complex nodes;To solve the difficult problem of site layout,and finally work out the optimal transportation channel,stacking site and hoisting preparation area;Prefabricated building of another big characteristic is prefabricated accuracy,through the simulation of the construction of the BIM technology,check the accuracy of the component,reducing the scene changes,through the practical application in engineering,let us realize the BIM technology is a great boost for prefabricated construction,especially in the field of engineering construction,can say is to help the construction industry to a higher level.
